Performance Ink allows returns due to warranty issues, defects or mis-ordered parts. Mis-ordered parts may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Note: Returns for mis-ordered parts must be requested within 14 days from the invoice date. Warranty returns are accepted within one year of invoice date.
